Processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days for the contiguous 48 United States. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States, with no minimum purchase. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer-remorse returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping. Defective or incorrect items qualify for a prepaid return label and free return shipping. We do not charge restocking or reshipping fees. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return, and the refund may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. We do not offer direct exchanges; please return the original item and place a new order.
